I am noticing that we eat a lot of chicken around here. We almost always grill it and then couple it with some new and different side(s). This one is grilled chicken seasoned however you like it with sliced potatoes and corn/pepper mix. We had this again just last night with a sliced, raw avacado on the side instead of potatoes.
